Terms of Entry
1. About the awards
The GROHE Bath & Design Awards (the "Awards") are presented by GROHE and organised by Coalesce Eventz India Pvt. Ltd. (the "Organiser"). By registering or submitting an entry you agree to these Terms of Entry.
2. Who can enter
- Track 1 (Built Work) is open to practising architects, interior designers and design firms. The person registering must be authorised to enter the work on behalf of the practice.
- Track 2 (The GROHE Challenge) is open to architects, interior designers and design students.
- Employees of GROHE, the Organiser and members of the jury, and their immediate families, may not enter.
- Entering is free. One registration covers every entry from a practice.
3. Eligible work
- Built Work entries must be bath spaces completed between 1 October 2024 and 30 September 2026, in one of the four Track 1 categories.
- GROHE Challenge entries must respond to the official brief and common floor plan.
- You may enter several projects in each category you choose. Each project is a separate entry.
- An entry may be submitted only once and in one category.
4. Submitting an entry
- Entries must be complete, with all required images, drawings and statements, and submitted through this portal before the deadline: 15 November 2026, 23:59 IST (or any extension announced by the Organiser).
- Your documents (profile photo, bio and degree or course completion certificate) must be uploaded before you can submit.
- You may edit, change the category of, or withdraw an entry until the deadline, unless it has already been reviewed, where the Organiser allows this.
- Late, incomplete or corrupted entries may not be judged.
5. Anonymity
Judging is anonymous. Each entry receives a code (for example BDA26-RA-0012) and reviewers and jurors see only that code. Do not show your name, firm name, logo, watermarks or photography credits in any image, drawing or text. Entries that reveal the entrant's identity may be disqualified.
6. Judging
- Round 1: a preliminary review grades each entry A, B or C. A-grade entries go to the jury.
- Round 2: the jury scores A-grade entries online on spatial idea, material and craft, water experience, and light and detail.
- Honorary awards are decided as announced by the Organiser, including a public vote for Bath Space of the Year.
- Jurors declare any conflict of interest and do not score entries they are connected to.
- The decisions of the jury and the Organiser are final. No correspondence will be entered into about results.
7. Your declarations
By submitting you confirm that:
- the work is your own or your practice's, and you have the right to enter it;
- you have the consent of the client and any collaborators where needed;
- you hold, or have permission to use, the rights to all images and drawings you upload; and
- all information you give is true and complete.
8. Use of your work
You keep the copyright in your work. You grant GROHE and the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, exhibit and publish your entry (images, drawings and text) in connection with the Awards, including the ceremony, exhibitions, publications, the coffee table book, films, websites and social media, for the Awards and its promotion. We will credit you and, where supplied, your photographer whenever your work is published after judging.
9. Winners
- Winners will be contacted using the details in their profile and must respond within the time stated.
- Rewards are as announced, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Winners may be asked to take part in publicity, a winner's film and the awards ceremony.
10. Disqualification
The Organiser may disqualify any entry or entrant that breaks these terms, gives false information, infringes anyone's rights or acts in a way that harms the Awards, at any stage, including after results are announced.
11. Changes and cancellation
The Organiser may change dates, categories, rewards or these terms, or suspend or cancel the Awards, if circumstances require. Changes will be posted on this portal.
12. Liability
